炸药颗粒的点火燃烧过程一直是人们关注的热点问题。近年来,三维离散元技术在中尺度观测颗粒材料的动力学过程中拥有显著优势。炸药燃烧属于颗粒材料的反应动力学,运用三维离散元技术(DM3)可以有效地观测炸药燃烧传播的过程。以奥克托今(HMX)颗粒为例,本文成功模拟并观测到了HMX颗粒的燃烧反应程度,确定了颗粒开始燃烧反应的时间,以及燃烧反应传播的时间。同时,结合落锤冲击颗粒的三维图像以及其表观压强和放热功率,得到了HMX颗粒燃烧反应、燃烧传播的整个反应动力学过程,包括颗粒在冲击加载下碎化塑性变形的过程,颗粒燃烧反应放热的过程,落锤回弹颗粒喷射的过程等。同时,进一步说明了尖顶颗粒更利于颗粒点火,平顶颗粒有抑制颗粒点火的能力。 相似文献

京津冀、长三角和珠三角城市群是中国经济高度发达、最具发展潜力的区域,在低碳发展方面起到引领作用.从经济、资源、环境和绩效的角度构建区域低碳协同发展评价指标体系,采用结合逼近理想解的TOPSIS方法、灰色关联理论和距离协同模型,利用2005~2014年三大城市群50个城市数据实证分析了三大城市群的低碳协同发展程度.结果表明,三大城市群低碳协同发展度整体上呈现上升趋势,其低碳协同程度从高到底依次为长三角、珠三角和京津冀城市群. 相似文献

摘 要:针对井下应急通讯需求,本文提出了基于无线传感器网络(WSN)的井下无线应急通信系统架构,设计由微处理器电路、无线收发模块、传感器电路、电源、和天线所组成的井下无线应急通信系统节点,低功耗设计。按照功能开展模块化,提高节点灵活适用性。最后测试了设计节点点对点通信性能,得到相应的距离与丢包率之间的关系曲线。井下无线应急通信有效通信距离达到45m,能够满足井下大规模应用组网需求。 相似文献

Calreticulin (CRT) is localized to and has functions in multiple cellular compartments, including the cell surface, the endoplasmic reticulum, and the extracellular matrix. Mutagenesis studies have identified several residues on a concave β-sheet surface of CRT critical for CRT binding to carbohydrate and other proteins/peptides. How the mutations of these key residues in CRT affect the conformation and dynamics of CRT, further influencing CRT binding to carbohydrates and other proteins to signal the important biological activities remain unknown. In this study, we investigated the effect of three key point mutations (C105A, C137A and W319A) on CRT conformation and dynamics via atomistic molecular dynamics simulations. Results show that these three key residues mutations induced the changes of CRT local backbone flexibility and secondary structure of CRT N-domain, which could further affect CRT’s binding activity. C137A mutation led to dramatic decrease of the overall size of CRT due to the P-domain fold back to the globular domain and formed new inter-domain contacts, which can cause blockage of CRT’s binding with other large substrates. Furthermore, for CRT concave β-strand surface patch containing lectin binding site, CRT C105A, C137A and W319A point mutation resulted in the changes in solvent accessible surface area, key residues’ side chain atom positions and dynamical correlated motions between residues. All these changes could directly affect CRT binding behavior. The Extended Euclidean algorithm provides a fast solution to the problem of finding the greatest common divisor of two numbers. In this paper, we present three applications of the algorithm to the security and privacy field. The first one allows one to privately distribute a secret to a set of recipients with only one multicast communication. It can be used for rekeying purposes in a Secure Multicast scenario. The second one is an authentication mechanism to be used in environments in which a public-key infrastructure is not available. Finally, the third application of the Extended Euclidean algorithm is a zero-knowledge proof that reduces the number of messages between the two parts involved, with the aid of a central server. 相似文献

Abstract Modifications induced by the combined application of pressure (up to 800 MPa) and temperature (up to 80° C) were studied on wet and dry semolina, and on fresh pasta as such and after cooking. Rheological and immunochemical properties of the treated products were investigated, along with parameters indicating the extent of protein denaturation. No modification occurs in semolina treated at less than 45% water, below 60°C/800MPa for 10min. Egg noodles prepared from pressure/heat treated semolina had increased protein digestibility and low recognition by anti-gliadin antibodies either before or after cooking. The same effects were observed in heat/pressure treated pasta, but were lost upon subsequent cooking, although we found decreased immunochemical reactivity after heat/pressure treatment of cooked pasta. No sensory difference was found between cooked and pressure-treated semolina products. 相似文献
